Jumping Jacks
This one is an oldie but a goodie. Jumping Jacks are a great exercise to do if you have limited space and need to get your heart rate up.
Jumping jacks can be used as a warm up or as active rest in between sets of another exercise.
Instructions:
- Stand upright with your legs together, arms at your sides
- Bend your knees slightly, and jump into the air
- As your jump, spread your legs to be about shoulder-width apart.
- Stretch your arms out and over your head
- Jump back to starting position
- Repeat for three to four sets of 20 seconds-1minute
