High Plank Shoulder Taps

Step 1: Start in a high plank position

Step 2: Lift up one hand to touch your opposite shoulder

Step 3: Return to the start position

Step 4: Repeat on the other side

Step 5: Complete 3-4 sets of 10-15 repetitions on each side
