CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Boxing
Learn the fundamentals of boxing no matter where you are on your fitness journey. You will be training like a fighter in this program. This program will be designed to get you a great workout while you go through a boxer’s journey focusing on technique and boxing skills.
12 Rounds 2&1
This class will be a station workout, focusing on different combinations on bags, while also incorporating speed bag work, double end bag work and other workout stations to give you a full workout while also sharpening your boxing skills. This will take place in a 2-minute on and 1 minute rest interval setting for 12 rounds/stations to mimic a 12-round fight, with bonus work at the end. Go the Distance!
Kickboxing
This class will combine the punching techniques of boxing with the kickboxing techniques of martial arts like karate and Muay Thai while incorporating self-defense techniques.
