Our Group Fitness classes are designed to provide our members with a variety of workouts. Whether you are looking to tone, stretch, or strengthen we have the class for you. Our amazing instructors bring enthusiasm each day, and are available to offer fitness advice.
New to group fitness? The benefits of adding just one or two classes to your normal exercise program can be tremendous. In classes like mat pilates and yoga long and lean muscles are developed, while in classes like Zumba and Ignition you can burn up to 500 calories while dancing !
