  • Aqua YogaThis Yoga class performed in shallow warm water involves deep stretching and focuses on body alignment and breath control. No open swim during this class creates a serene environment. with 9:30 am to 10:30 am
  • Joint Effort - AquaA class designed by the National Arthritis Foundation for persons with arthritis, fibromyalgia or those needing condition exercises before or after surgery. These gentle exercises will increase muscle strength, muscle endurance and help increase joint flexibility and help reduce pain. with 10:45 am to 11:45 am
