What is aqua interval?

In Aqua interval we use barbell paddles and water resistance to strengthen muscles in between cardio segments.

Aqua Interval incorporates cardio and toning. We do about half the class time in cardio moves and half doing toning. We use barbells, balls, noodles, and paddles to create resistance in the water. Water has lots of resistance on its own so just think what it can do with a little help. We do lots of cardio in this class too. Kickboxing, athletic training, and races are just some of the things we will be doing. No need to know how to swim. All moves are self adjustable so all fitness levels are welcome.
